  • Handcrafted Nature: Since Crafto furniture is often handcrafted, slight variations in dimensions or grain patterns are normal and celebrated as a mark of authenticity.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
  • Payment must be made in full or as per the agreed installment plan (if applicable) before the product is dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Area: We deliver across Bangladesh. Delivery charges may vary based on location and the volume of the furniture.
  • Access: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the furniture ordered can fit through doorways, stairwells, or elevators. Crafto is not responsible if a product cannot be delivered due to space constraints at the destination.
  • Timeline: While we strive to meet delivery deadlines, delays may occur due to production schedules or logistical issues.

5. Modification of Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, or discontinuance of the service.
