Return & Exchange Policy
At Crafto, we are committed to delivering high-quality furniture that transforms your home. If you change your mind or receive a product that doesn’t meet our quality standards, our Return & Exchange policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Exchange Policy (Change of Mind)
If the furniture doesn’t fit your space or you simply change your mind, we offer a flexible exchange window:
- Timeline: You can request an exchange within 3 days of delivery.
- Condition: The item must be in its original “good condition,” unused, and with all original packaging/labels.
- Service Charge: A 5% service charge of the total purchase amount will be applied for “Change of Mind” exchanges.
- Exclusions: Exchanges are not applicable for customized furniture, fabric/upholstered items, or “broken set” items (parts of a set).
2. Return & Refund Policy
If you wish to return a product for a refund, the following terms apply:
- Timeline: Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Service Charge: A 10% service charge of the total purchase amount will be applied to all eligible returns.
- Damaged/Wrong Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, the service charge is waived, and we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
- Process: Once the item is inspected and approved by our quality team, the refund will be processed to your original payment method (bKash/Card/Bank) within 7–10 working days.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Customized Products: Any furniture built to your specific dimensions, colors, or materials.
- Upholstered Items: Sofas or chairs with fabric/leatherette unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Clearance/Sale Items: Products purchased from our “Clearance” or “Flash Sale” sections.
- Post-Installation Damage: Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair after the customer has accepted delivery.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start the process:
- Contact Us: Email info@craftobd.com or call our support line within the 3-day window.
- Inspection: Our team will visit your location or request photos to verify the condition of the furniture.
- Logistics: The customer is responsible for safe return transportation unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping error by Crafto.
